High Risk Usage: You shall not use or permit others to use Bahama for any high-risk activities where service failure could lead to death, injury, environmental damage, financial loss, or other severe consequences. This includes, but is not limited to, life support systems, emergency services, nuclear facilities, autonomous vehicles, or air traffic control. Bahama is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its services for high-risk activities.
Use of AI Services: Bahama may include AI-powered tools as part of its services. When you provide information (Input) to Bahama's AI tools, you receive generated Output based on the Input. Inputs are deemed Customer Content, and you are authorized to use Outputs subject to these Terms. Outputs should be independently reviewed and fact-checked for functionality and suitability. Do not use AI Outputs in a manner that: (1) aids in the development of services that compete with Bahama; (2) performs autonomous actions with the potential for producing a detrimental outcome without direct human supervision; (3) misleads that Outputs were solely human-generated; or (4) infringes Bahama's or any third party's rights.
Bahama's services are made available on a limited access basis, and no ownership rights are conveyed to you. Bahama and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the services, including modifications, updates, upgrades, and derivative works. You acknowledge that all rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Bahama.
Your Data: You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials that you upload to Bahama. By submitting data to our platform, you grant Bahama a limited-term license to access, use, process, store, distribute, and display this data as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the services.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, content, and legality of your data. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and use this data and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

For paying subscribers, Bahama warrants that its services will be made available under normal use during your Subscription Term. Should the services fail to meet this warranty, Bahama will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If Bahama is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, you may terminate your subscription and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the remaining Subscription Term. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
Bahama's Sevices are provided as-is with no warranty that the services are complete, accurate, or appropriate for your usage. All usage of Bahama's services are undertaken at your own risk. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bahama, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website, services, or Content.
We may modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. Your continued use indicates acceptance of these changes.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately.
